Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent transit damage.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside collection date at your residence.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
