We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $999. For smaller items, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for returns.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All SelectFurnitureStore products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental damage at the time of purchase.
Can I request fabric or wood finish swatches?
Absolutely! We want you to be confident in your choice. You can order up to five fabric or wood swatches for free through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure they match your home decor.
